Without volunteers, this project would not have been able to be completed. These volunteers embraced the idea of civic duty and had the desire to bring unity to the neighborhood.
A Special Thank You
The Borough of Sinking Spring has assisted us with the planning and implementation of The Court Yard. We have utilized their facility and personnel to help guide and direct us through the various phases of development. We are proud to have a joint partnership in efforts to create a recreational facility for us to enjoy!

Moulaye Diabate and Fanta Dioum were kind enough to allow us to run the electric line through their yard so our pavilion would be equipped with electric. We appreciate their generosity and patience while this project was underway. What friendly neighbors we have!

Food Donation for Volunteer Assist Day
Dick Stewart and Angela and Frank Lapuma knew we’d be a hungry and thirsty bunch this day. They were generous to donate various food and drink items for our volunteer crew! Angela LaPuma surprised us with pizza from NY Pizza! It was a yummy day! Many thanks!
Grass Watering Volunteers
These volunteers helped water the grass area around the Court Yard. This task took about 3 hours per evening. We thank them for helping us have a green, grassy recreation area!

Picnic Table Volunteers
These volunteers helped assemble picnic tables for the pavilion. They sure know how to wield a socket and some bolts! Now we can enjoy our PB&J’s at the picnic tables! Thanks guys!

Horseshoe Pit
Kurt Lydon and Dave Pettis have agreed to make the horseshoe pits. They will work on this project over the summer. We thank them for their time in adding another recreational activity for all of us to enjoy. Now, we just have to beat them at their game!
