Recreation Committee

This “Recreation Committee” is a “Special Committee” formed to handle the planning and development of the Common Area on Ontario Drive. Beth Stone will act as Chairperson for this committee.

At this point, the board unanimously accepted and approved the playground equipment that was presented at the annual Homeowners’ meeting. The intentions of the original plans had equipment for ages 2-12, the intentions remained the same when the board approved the equipment.

To gain input of the community, the board supports the Recreation Committee to develop a survey that would gather the opinions and ideas from the residents on how to best utilize this common area. The survey is important since the Recreation Committee is looking to make possible changes to the original plans.
Once the Recreation Committee has formulated and agreed upon a survey, it will be reviewed by the board. Following approval from the board, the board will attach a letter and have Exeter Property Management send it out to all residents.
